Payment
All purchases on foxgloveaccessories.com are bill through Paypal. The site accommodates payments by visa, discover, american express and mastercard. You do not need a Paypal account to use a credit or debit card for your order.
Shipping
The shipping price includes delivery confirmation and USPS first class service within the US. International shipping prices include first class service but unfortunately not tracking or delivery confirmation. If you would like upgraded shipping, please send a message and we will let you know what is available. Shipping occurs within 3 business days of payment unless otherwise noted.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your Foxglove Accessories purchase! If you find there is a defect or the item is not as it was described, please let us know within 30 days of delivery and we will be happy to refund or exchange your item. After 30 days, we will arrange repairs and replacements on a case-by-case basis.
A note on resin: resin is waterproof and extremely durable. However, when exposed to direct sunlight for lengths of time it may yellow and/or cause damage to the stamp underneath. We recommend that you keep your resin jewelry out of direct sunlight when possible. If yellowing or damage should occur at any time please do not hesitate to email or message us with a description and/or photograph and we will be happy to review the situation and offer a solution or replacement.
Custom Items
We are happy to create custom items! You can request an item in your choice of countries and colors here for a small custom fee. Custom items generally require 2 weeks production time unless otherwise noted and must be paid in full before production begins.
International Orders
Taxes/duties are an unfortunate part of buying from overseas. For overseas orders, it is the responsibility of the buyer to know what their country’s import laws are and the sellers responsibility to fill out all forms honestly. Foxglove Accessories cannot be responsible for customs fees, and will not honor requests to mark items as anything but ‘merchandise’ on customs forms.
